Oba Mazo

Ewe Ide made this mazo for Oba.

This lineage takes predominately brown and green beads. The mazo was made entirely of glass, autumn jasper and coral beads. Note the elaborately beaded glorias.

Ogun Mazo

This mazo was made by Babalade for Ogun.

It is made entirely of glass beads. Note the variegated green and black bead and the multi-colored bead in the houses and tassels.

There are eight houses with three tassels. There are ten strands in the frame and 20 in each of the tassels.

It is thirty three inches long.

The tassels are nine inches long from the top of the glorias.

It weighs two and three quarter pounds.
